I toured this Knowltonwood 3 bedroom, 2.5 Bath home today.

It is a wonderful hillside raised ranch on a cul-de-sac which borders land that Middletown Township has designated as preserved open space.

The Kitchen and Baths have all been updated, and the hardwood floors are beautifully finished.

One of the nicest features in my opinion was the enclosed rear porch. I could spend my entire day there, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature out back.
