Westlake Valley is a popular subdivision of homes in West Sanford, NC. There are over 400 lots within Westlake Valley, ranging from under 1/2 acre to several acres. The development is built around 4 main lakes. Two of the lakes are 12 acres; the smaller lakes are 6 and 4 acres. The first homes in Westlake Valley were built in the 1950s and 1960s.
