OK, this is all new to me. I have been active on the internet for years but not as a blogger -- do I really have that much to say.
As an active full time Realtor in West Palm Beach, FL -- I find the market beginning to change for the better. Lots of low end buyers and I am beginning to find international buyers to work with.
Never thought I would do so, but I am also beginning to list short sales. Have one such listing now and am working with the sellers and bank. Spoke with another owner today and may take that one down the road. Any advise out there?
