Can you tell someone (like the whole AR world) your business's culture?  Is it set on purpose (under your control) or is it an accident?  My business coaching firm has well defined points of culture that guide the company and the coaches...and they're spot on for quality, accuracy and results!  I hope they inspire you to evaluate your own culture and perhaps, if necessary, create or renew your own!

Our sixth point of culture is SUCCESS.  Success speaks for itself...or does it?  How do you define success?  Is it money?  Accomplishment?  Power?  Fame?  Or is it something less material like family?  Flexibility of schedule?  Having enough to provide you needs and reasonable wants?  Here's what success means to me as a business coach and attorney as well my ActionCOACH firm:

"I totally focus my thoughts, energy and attention on the successful outcome of whatever I am doing. I am willing to win and allow others to win: Win/Win. At all times, I display my inner pride, prosperity, competence and personal confidence. I am a successful person."

For me, success has little to do with money.  Money is just a wonderful byproduct of achieving success.  What about you?  What is your idea of success as a guiding principal or "point of culture"?

For the first point of culture (commitment) please see: http://activerain.com/blogsview/567470/Culture-What-you-believe

For the second point of culture (ownership) please see: http://activerain.com/blogsview/568737/Culture-What-you-believe

For our third point of culture (integrity) please see: http://activerain.com/blogsview/624259/Culture-What-you-believe

The fourth point of culture I highlighted was excellence.  Please see http://activerain.com/blogsview/628762/Culture-What-you-believe.

Our fifth point of culture is the power of effective communication.  Here's how I define communication as a point of culture: http://activerain.com/blogsview/634182/Culture-What-you-believe

If you read the book, "Do What You Love and the Money Will Come"...it is all about the  passion and conviction you have for what you do...and what you love...It shows and people know it and it grows your business as well as your purpose.
