Rainer Coco Clayman Cook-Westside Los Angeles Agent-- Stars on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing"

Coco Clayman-Cook, Westside Los Angeles Real Estate Maven stars in tonight's issue of Bravo's reality series Million Dollar Listing. As soon as I saw Coco Clayman-Cook showing LA's exclusive condos in the Wilshire Boulevard corridor, I said to myself, "she's an ActiveRain member."

So, congrats to 'Rainer Coco!

Highlights from tonight's show:

Josh Flagg persecuting his grandmother for her money when she dies. She's a holocaust survivor and all he cares about it getting all of her cash. Well, according to my GOD, The Real Estalker, Josh Flagg was jailed two weeks ago for allegedly stealing FROM HIS owner's homes. More at the Real Estalker's Blog
That bowl cut on Chad
Why does Chad feel that he has such a great skill in calming down "irate clients?" "Hey, Chad, you dork, don't p*ss your clients off in the first place--then they won't be "irate" with you, d*uchebag."
One more thing: what putz takes an overpriced 90 day listing? That's a hallmark of a successful agent.

hahahahahah you're a headcase!

I love that show! It is such an EGO Booster for ME! If I ever had any doubt or hesitation in my sales ability or people skills, I feel 1000 times better after watching that show. He tells the client "I wouldn't list this a DIME over $950K, The client says he disagrees & wants more & "Bowl Head" says OK! HUH??? Anybody can take an overpriced listing

If Grandma suddenly goes South, I hope the BHPD checks her Tea!

Kevin - I like your post but LOVE your buttons. Those are very, very cool....

Kevin: I watched that show! I liked when Madison sold his own listing for a cool commission! I think there is some truth to the show, but you know so much is staged! But like someone else said, it sure makes you want to think big!

Now here's a great point....some people tell me I should not be wearing my $200 jeans, shirts and jackets to sell real estate. Did Madison not sell a multi-million dollar home wearing jeans and tennis shoes? Hmm.....sounds like a blog topic to me!

So total over this show.. they are not Agent ..they all seem to be little rich kids that feel into real estate as a result of some family connection ... not sure which one said that he got a 1.2 million home to live in when he was at school and was allowed to sell it to get his real estate career started. Not much cold calling there
