Average Sale Prices fell slightly from $255.900 in the first quarter to $246.600 in the second quarter.
Number of Homes on he Market increased from 10,345, first quarter to 13,375 second quarter.
Number of Homes Sold increased from 2062 to 2680 second quarter.
Number of New Homes Built decreased from 756 to 378 second quarter.
Average Number of Days On the Market increased slightly from 118 to 121 second quarter.
Sun City Center zip code had 173 homes sold with an average of 139 Days On The Market.
The percentage of asking price vs selling price came in at 81.6%.
