When you're buying a home, you need to consider how long you plan on living there.

My advice is to plan on staying in your new home for at least several years. The longer you can stay in your new home, the more appreciation and equity you should have when you decide to move.

Obviously, certain life experiences happen that can cause an unexpected move. But ideally, you should plan on a five year minimum stay for your new home.

Purchasing a home is a long term investment. When you're ready to move again and call me to help you, I want to be able to help you sell your home at a profit.
