Thank you, Scott.  I try to stay in touch with the Camarillo Real Estate Market.  Our inventory levels have declined to currently under 320 Homes for Sale.  The lower end homes, under $450,000, are selling quickly, as are the REOs.  As a listing agent with several listings over $500K, I try to position my seller's property to garner the most exposure on the web, since, according to the C.A.R. 2008 Survey of California Home Buyers,  75-80% of Home Buyers are searching on-line FIRST before they even choose an agent... A large percentage of Camarillo Buyer-Clients come to me from my website, which is ranked high organically on Google.

Examples of my listings that have an internet marketing presence include: 2057 Via Arandana, 5257 Lynnwood Dr., 1664 Summerfield St., 1490 Sierra Madre Dr., 2043 Dunnigan St., and 224 Japonica Ave (which SOLD in one day).  My Film degree from UCLA has taught me how to best capture and convey a particular feeling that a home should portray to the new Buyer.

A home seller in Santa Barbara listed their Victorian Home with me last week, so I will be promoting it on the web, in addition to the MLS.  The property is located at 927 W Mission Street and is priced under $1 million.  There are about 75 pictures for the future homebuyer to view 24/7 prior to even going to see the property.  With today's savvy internet Buyer and so much competition in a Buyer's market, pictures are very important in marketing a home to get it SOLD, instead of SO OLD.

I hope your meeting goes well!
