It's a great ad but your question should have triggerred a bit of research in your local market prior to signing the ad contract. I don't know if anyone reads Elan Magazine but I know that the ROI on an ad as gorgeous as the one you created in my local magazine would serve one good purpose: increase the bank account of the publisher of said local magazine.

All markets are local so I hope you have more luck with it than we do.
