AmeriDream Downpayment Assistance IS Being Eliminated! Buyers on the fence: ACT NOW!

I have mentioned the AmeriDream Downpayment Assistance in previous blogs.  It is an exceptional program that is very similar in concept to the Nehemiah Downpayment Assistance Program.  These programs can often make or break the difference between qualifying buyers being able to purchase a home or not.

On October 1, 2008, Down Payment Assistance Programs WILL be eliminated.  40% of FHA based loans use down payment assistance and without it, 50,000 hardworking families will be denied homeownership for that month alone.

I have used AmeriDream before and my customers have not defaulted on their loans.  AmeriDream helps qualifying buyers get into a home with little out of pocket expense.
