While reading a blog the other day, the question was going around about who would replace OCWEN. Well one of our fellow agents Tom T Rogers came up with the answer. Countrywide will indeed be the next Property Management Contractor for the VA REO's. Here is the link that he provided; http://www.vba.va.gov/ro/cleveland/REO_sales.htm. Now as you will see there is no direct contact for you to sign up. They just provide an email at: rembrokercommunications@countrywide.com.

REALLY not sure this is a good thing!  I don't have ANY confidence in Countrywide!

Well it is official, I was asked to send in my application by the local branch manager here. They will be using REOTRANS to assign the properties.

I heard about this several weeks ago through a source but nothing was officially engraved in stone. Even though Countrywide had/have its issues, it will be a good thing. OCWEN has had it share of issues and it is time for a change.
