Well it was another hot, humid day down here beautiful Cape Coral Florida! We had our typical late afternoon storms followed by a gorgeous sunset! And of course it's Wednesday, affectionately known as "Hump Day", so it is time for a little humor to get us through the rest of the week!
You know there are certain things that never cease to amaze me and certain questions that I just can't seem to find answers for! And then there are things that are just plain stupid! Let me show you what I mean!
Only in America........ to drugstores make the sick man walk all the way to the back of the store to get his prescriptions, while the healthy man can buy cigarettes right at the front door!
Only in America...... do people order double cheeseburgers, large fries and a diet coke!
Only in America..... do banks leave both doors open, and then chain the pens to the countertops!
Only in America..... do we leave cars were thousands of dollars in the driveway and put useless junk inside the garage!
Only in America..... do we buy hot dogs in packages of 10 and buns in packages of 8!
Only in America..... do they have drive-up ATM machines with braille lettering!
And last but not least something to think about:
POLITICS: is derived from the Latin "poli" meaning many and "tics" meaning blood sucking creatures!
