What Makes A Client Loyal?

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Keller Williams Realty First Choice

Loyalty-by some definitions is the faithfulness to any one person or thing

that is conceived as deserving fidelity (as sited on Dictionary.com)

I've always thought about the clients that continue to stay loyal to one agent

or company. I guess everyone has their own opinion about what makes

a client loyal to one agent or company.....Is it that that the agent/company

always offers the lowest and best price/commission? Is it that the agent/company offers

an expertise in a particular area beyond compare? Or is it that the agent/company takes

a genuine interest in the well being of the client and really strives to help them meet their

ultimate goal? So.......WHAT DOES REALLY MAKE A CLIENT LOYAL?

My vote is for the last one. I would love to hear your feedback. What do you believe makes

a client loyal??

I also agree that striving to help and meeting their golas is why most people are loyal to an agent.  Commission is a huge farctor, but ultimately being genuinely interested in your client's interests get the account and the homes sold.
