Mike,

No days there are so many mortgages I can not get for my clients.  Many investors have money to put down but what can I/they do to finance properties that do not qualify for fannie mae and freddie mac?  What can I do to sell more bank owned properties?

Andy - If a borrower can sevice the debt on a rehab / construction mortgage I can help if your buyer has at least 20% of the construction cost plus the purchase price.  If the buyer does not have at least 20% down to qualify for this mortgage they should not be buying invistments or rehabs.
