On July 11, I received an email from a lady named Debra about her Columbia SC relocation plans. After an initial Buyer Needs Analysis Interview on the telephone and an exchange of emails, we began our real estate journey. By sunset on August 11, she was in her new home. How did she feel about the experience? Here's Debra in her own words.

I've just commented recently on someone's blog about my reluctance to use video.  But I actually thought this was really well done.  I don't think everyone is perfect for an on camera interview and if you can recognize the difference, this makes me think there is potential and use for it.  Nice job!
