In my profession I come into contact with many different types of professionals.  Many of them are Virtual Assistants who work with Realtors but on the other hand many of them may have never before worked in the real estate field.

It took several years before I found out that one of my clients knew a high end city official and since then we've been utilizing that contact for a specific marketing objective; but it took several years which is a darn shame.

The truth is that we all know people who can help us in one way or another.  With this post I thought that I would introduce a few of the people I know and some of their skills.  I am going to keep their names anonymous on here but if you are looking for the type of services they provide then simply e-mail me and i'll direct you to them.

Content Writing

I've worked with a talented woman for over two years now.  She writes almost all of my business related content and has always met certain specifications when they were given to her.  In some cases there were no specifications and she was still able to produce by only knowing what the website was about.  Her turn around time is usually a week or two per request and her rates vary from $35 - $50 per 500 word document.

Wordpress Developer

I've only been working with this gentleman for the past three or so months.  However after getting shafted 3 - 4 times by other programmers who say they can do what I needed done and then never follow through, this guy really proved that he knows what he is doing.

Wordpress has many built in features and many templates and plugins.  However sometimes you just need a little or a lot more customization.  Almost everything is possible with the Wordpress blogging software and this guy hasn't backed down from a single request I've asked him to complete for me.  Very decent turn around time at the going rate of $30 - $35 per hour depending on the complexity of the request.

Layout Designer

I've not had any work personally done by this individual but I do have a bid in for a project.  After seeing what this guy can make a website look like using CSS I knew that I had to have him build me a new layout for an SEO blog that I'm going to be reviving down the road. 

This gentleman isn't for those who are looking for a quicky.  He takes his time to ensure that everything looks and functions good.  I've been waiting now for just over a month just to get a bid from him so if you have any long term layout plans now would be a great time to get in line.

Virtual Assistant

I've worked with many VA's in the last three years.  One in particular has always stood out because he has done a multitude of marketing related tasks from e-mail blasts to print media, you name it and he has done in.  Of particular interest is the fact that he has worked with almost all of the different real estate template based companies.

I don't know his rates but I do know of his work ethics and dedication to his clients and for these reasons he is making it on my list of preferred vendors.

So you can have the designer build your layout, hand it over to the developer to apply your new look to Wordpress and then hire the content writer to write a couple of articles for your new Virtual Assistant.  All of this depending on your needs could probably be yours for a rough guess of $1,000.00 and then whatever the VA charges based on your individual on going needs.
