I just started AR this week and found this group! Wanted to say hello to everyone!

I just became a realtor recently as well, and I am currently helping buyers or sellers in Kent and Sussex County.

Hey, Tony.

My one suggestion would be to be persistent and consistent in Playing in the Rain. You don't have to do 10 comments (or more) a day, or 10 blog entries (or more) a week, just do what you want to do, but do it persistently and consistently. If you only have time for 5 comments a day, be persistent and consistent in getting those 5 comments done. If you only have time for 1 blog entry a week, be persistent and consistent in doing it on the same day of the week.

I think you'll find you'll get good results that way.
