Market Common in Myrtle Beach continues to sell at a steady pace. The new section, Burberry Terraces, will be available for pre-sale in the next few weeks. Prices will range from $400,000 to $600,000. I will let you know more details as soon as I get the information.
The new phase of Easterlins and Draytons is in the final stages of construction. Yesterday, I was able to get my first glimpse of the new configuration which allows for an elevator option. The floor plan is great.
Buildings 7 and 8 will be ready for occupancy by November of this year. There are only 3 units left to sell and all are Drayton, models.
Unit #10 is a brick facade
Units #20 and #21 are Hardee Board
Buildings 5 and 6 will need just a few more sales before the reservations go to contract. No scheduled start date or completion date is set yet. The inventory that is left in these buildings is as follows:
Drayton Models: #25, #26, #28, #31, #32, #33, #34, #35
Easterlin Models: #23 and #29
If you are interested in either of these models, please contact me as soon as possible. Once the inventory sells on these units, they are not scheduled to be built again for a few years.
