Skinner's Pharmacy in Rolling Hills Estates will relocate to a new location by the end of the year, but customers should not fret. The move will be to the building next door, which is currently under construction.

RHE - Wynne Development will soon unveil its 41-unit Rolling Hills Villas project at 901 Deep Valley Drive, behind Bristol Farms in Rolling Hills Estates. The new development was designed for active seniors, 55 and older, and will be the new home of Skinner's Pharmacy. Rolling Hills Villas project manager Brian Wynne said models of the new condominiums should be ready by early September.

There are seven different types of units, ranging from the mid-700s to the mid-1,500-square-foot range, Wynne said. Two-bedroom, two-bath and one-bedroom, one-bath condos are available. Prices for the units should be available next week on the project's Web site, he added.

"They have a nice feel, they all have fireplaces and the entrance for the entire building [is] a real elegant design," Wynne said. "We've gotten a lot of really nice comments from people ... Wrought iron railings and accents are being fabricated right now, and awnings will be going up soon."
