My blog got kicked out of Newbies!!!!

Oh well, it was bound to happen. I let my happy little fingers take me to places I should't have gone before reading rules and regulations.

As a member of the Newbie group you're suppossed to introduce yourself, ask newbie questions, blah blah blah, etc, etc. Of course I never read any of it!

I guess I just assumed that newbies meant newbies in real estate as well, but it doesn't in this group. This group is strickly for Active Rain Newbies and everything pertaining to active rain, not real estate.

So I joined Real Estate Rookies. Now I'm faced with a decision that although it may seem trivial it's hard to make: Should I leave the Newbies group or should I stay? I just don't want to make a mistake and click on the little box the next time I post a blog. And it could very well happen.

What do I do? I'll make up my mind tonight.

Good to know I was not the only one. We know better next time.

HEy I got kicked out too. Guess they only want to feeo impowered on their end. Share your knowledge and cut your teeth in Rookies. You won't have to second guess your posts.

Don't take personal offense - they just want to limit discussion in the group to Newbie AR folks.

I would stay in the group to GIVE ADVICE to NEW Newbies - since you are now a grizzled, AR Veteran!

Hey, it happens to the best of us. I had a post kicked out as well and I thought it did relate to the group.

Dont be offended by being kicked out it just meant your material wasnt appropriate for the group. Just find a new group to post it to. It's best that people do moderate these groups or people wouldnt come to them.

Even young birds have to be kicked out of their nest. Now let's see you fly!

Carolina, I've been here for a very long time and I still get booted from Newbies and a couple of the Moderaters are good friends! Makes no difference and what ever you do, don't take it seriously!

I felt bad for a second there, the way you feel when you're little and you're drawing on your mom's bedroom wall with crayons "A work of art you think" and you're so excited, until she gets to the room and instead of being happy and thankful she looks like the veins in her neck and forehead are about to pop out. But thanks to all you guys: I feel a lot better. I guess it's not so bad after all. ONWARDS amigos!

exactly how do you get kicked out..does someone send an email uninviting you..and who is paying that close attention..

No worries. I have been booted more than once. I love the way you describe your feeling about it. Just keep up posting and don't be tempted to click that box unless you know it is about NEWBIE AR!
