Ummm. What IS that smell???

After an incredibly crazy busy week I needed a laugh and want to share it with you. Twice!

Short but sweet. The following is true. My clients who wanted a 70K mansion decided to take a ride to a house they'd seen online at about OH 10PM!! UMMMM Not THIS area. Even though Greenville SC is a low crime area there are still places that a person should observe caution not to mention these guys are in their late 60's and DISABLED!! Needless to say they found the house which was new, beautiful in a completely scary area and got out to look around!!

They get out and all the wife can smell is ..well for lack of a better word...POOP! The neighbor was an elderly lady with a GREAT Dane and unable to clean the yard...EVER..so needless to say, this brand new house sat next to the stinkiest house in Greenville.

I mean I've been in houses that reeked of cat or dog feces but to have a neighborhood STANK of Dane poop...What would the 101 Dalmations say!!

Holly, this is sooooo much a replay of what has happened with my clients. They go out and find something better to their detriment! I feel like a bad person trying to warn them about the area as we are not suppose to "steer" or give opinions on the neighborhoods themselves. Just give them the telephone numbers to verify their greatest fears of the neighborhood and move ahead. All you can do is warn them. You cannot be blamed for changing their minds in case there is a twist of fate.

You're doing great. Hang in there. It doesn't sound very healthy...do what you can!

Oh my yes I do know although my wife and I clean our yard several time daily since we have greyhounds. I cannot imagine a great dane and never cleaning the yard.
