On Sunday, I received a call from Nancy Dunham, a reporter at the Baltimore Examiner interested in my special listing 2349 Southfield Ct. Finksburg, Maryland 21048 She was looking for a good home to feature in her story about auctions. Nancy was on a deadline and needed all the information by that evening. I was available to provide the copy.

The above story ran in the paper yesterday and even though I have not seen the actual paper (the news box was empty at the corner) I have gotten calls and emails with questions and interest in seeing the home. This is the best definition of what I call Accelerated Marketing.

Thank you Nancy Dunham for contacting me, placing this in your newspaper and letting the public know about Accelerated Marketing. My sellers saw this and are very pleased with the additional advertising publicity, marketing! Advertising does work. Internet Advertising Only? ..... I Think Not !

Margaret - how exciting to have that increased exposure AND a good response rate. Sounds like auctions are really taking off in your area. We don't seem to see many out here yet but actually drove by one yeaterday for several multimillion dollar waterview homes in a small new home enclave.
Do you know how she found out about your listing?
