I've been blogging since 2006.
Most of my blog pertains to my personal life. I've become friends with so many clients, and we like to know about what's happening in each others' lives.
So if you don't want to see pictures of my new puppy, or my trip to Dubai, my blog isn't for you.
There is real estate content, of course, but it's mostly talk of the market and things that affect my clients.

Those are some AWESOME pictures, espedially the first one. LOL. Hey for your information, my 16 year old, who by the way, was born in Portland, Oregon, wants to be an "Oregon DUCK" when she goes to university next year (FAll 2009). She has Oregon Ducks bed sheets & comforters, sweatshirts and the "Duck Call" whistle. Let me know of any interesting sites she look at.

Ann-Marie, your daughter is a smart cookie! U of O is a great university and my two sons are the fourth generation of Perkins boys to attend. We go to all the football games and have a son who is a Junior and one who graduated last year. GO DUCKS!
If you want me to surprise her with something ducky, let me know. I'll pick something up at the first game!
