Group created for 2009 La/Tex Gathering

While it a meager start, I've created a group for planning the La/Tex 2009 Gathering in Lake Charles.

This will provide a centralized method to gather thoughts and ideas about what promises to be a heck of a good time in 09!

A few of the topics include

the start of a list of planning participants
a request to consider the objective of the get together (social, education, both?)
