My 1st Blog Post Ever - Hello and how do you do!

WOW!

I joined ActiveRain a couple months ago, but I've just stated to become active this past week. So far I love the site and all the activity and enthusiasm of the members. I just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself and say hello. I hope to share a lot of knowledge as well as gain some knowledge from all of you.

This is not only my first ActiveRain blog, but my first blog ever, so bare with me while I work out the kinks of what to say... and what not to say. :-) If you have any suggestions on blogging here, I'm all ears.

I guess I should start off by saying a little about me.

I'm a photographer. You name it, I shoot it! Whether it be people, places, or things, I love making great images with my camera.

My architectural photography and real estate photography can be see at www.lahomephotography.com. I work with Architects, Commercial, Developers, Interior Designers, Contractors, Home Stagers, Model Homes, New Construction, Custom Homebuilders, Hospitality, Realtors and Real Estate Agents.

My headshot and fashion work can be see at www.gregorystorm.com. My work has appeared in fashion magazines and ad campaigns. I've shot for clothing companies, fashion designers, models, actors, agents, web sites, etc.

I'm recently engaged and we're getting married in a couple months. We're just starting to plan the wedding, so this will be a very fun, crazy, and scary time. But I'm excited to say "I do."

By the way, congratulations on the upcoming wedding. Wait...who's going to shoot it? You've set the bar pretty high.

Kirsten - Yes, I do MLS shots and tours. I'll drop you an e-mail.

Michael - Hi! Finding a wedding photographer might be somewhat of a task. I think my wife to be would be upset if I tried to shoot it myself with my cameras on remote triggers set up on tripods. Hmmm... or would she?

Frances - That sounds like a great idea. I'll do that. What specific topic would be the most help?
