6 Comments on Why should I go to Bartlesville, OK?
Hello Brenda, I'm not too far away from you, working the Southwest Missouri area. Looks like this is your first post. Congratulations and welcome to Active Rain!
Thank you Judith. Our market here in northeastern Oklahoma is still very good and great for Sellers. We are fortunate to be isolated from what's happening in the rest of the U.S. Days on the market is averaging 45-60 days for the past twelve months.
What is the market like in southwest Missouri? What cities do you service?
Hi Brenda - Welcome to activerain. I look forward to networking with you and reading your future post. Have a nice day!!!
Bartlesvile, OK is one of thr gems of smaller cities. It was headquarters for Cities Sevice Oil Company in the 1950-1970's before they moved to Tulsa, OK and then to Houston. It was also headquarters for Phillips Petroleum until 2002 when it merged with Conoco Oil Co,. Their main headquarters is now in Houston but they still employ about 2,500 in Bartlesville.
Because of these giant companies, Bartlesville benefited with new Culture Center, Museums, Symphony Orchestra, parks, Community Center, library, and much more that any smaller city of 40,000 cannot compete.
Schools are exceptional, we are 35 minutes from Tulsa International airport, and 50 miles from Tulsa's shopping centers.
Never been to OK before welcome to AR
