I always like new tips. I have been constantly trying to improve my rankings. It seems like a tough thing to do.

Traffic and rankings are very important to web sites and the life of a business.

Kay thanks for the info. What do you mean when you say it is a little buggy? I looked at your link, however, it does not really explain to the newbie what is involved with adding this on to one's site. Is it a widget? Guess I will have to research it later.

You Tube videos usually rank high in google. Try making a video tour of a listing, name it whatevercity home for sale, and adding it to you tube with a link to your site.

Kay, i couldnt help but notice that your AR blogs seem to be maximizing Back links for SEO purposes as well. Am I right?

EntreCard appears to be quite appealing, have you found any negative effects to participating?

@ Boston Condo Guy - big negative is the time it takes...it works okay for a new blog to bring traffic, but I've removed it from most of mine. They also confiscated $50 in credits I bought and I've yet to get paid back.

EntreCard has been sort of a flop thus far in terms of the quality of sites present on the network and the amount of time (and lack of comments) that other bloggers are spending on our site. More to come as our presence matures on their system a little further.

I was reading someone else's blog and "Konnie" recommended I check out your blog. I owe Konnie a big "Thanks!" I will definitely be back to read up on some of your tips Kay. I happened to read what you said about adding video to one's site. In the past I've frowned upon it, but from what you're saying and what I'm reading, it sounds like it may be worth it. I'm so glad I stumbled upon your blog and look forward to reading more.
