Please note: I made a typo on Active Listings for Union County. I typed the number of Days on Market rather than the # of listings for sale. As of August 17, 2008 - Union County Single Family Residential Properties currently for sale: Active = 754 Contingent = 15 Pending = 35

Great Report Donna! I know you had to put a lot of time and energy to get all of this data. You might want to check your Active Number of Listings in Union, seems a little low.

Keep up the good work, you continue to do an awesome job here on Active Rain!

Chad: I will check it out. Thanks for pointing it out but this data is probably at least two weeks old. It does take a lot of time to pull the data together and get it in a format to post to AR. So, that may be why it's a bit off. I will certainly check into it.

Chad: Looks like I typed the days on market rather than the actual number of properties for sale. As soon as I saw 142, I knew you were right! Wishful thinking, I guess LOL. I appreciate the save. Thank you.
