Services for Real Estate Pros with Horton's Lawn Care L.L.C.

The importance of a well cared for lawn and landscaping when selling a home is actually quite simple, they are the first thing about a home a perspective buyer will see. It can make or break even getting someone to step foot inside the home let alone make a respectable offer. Like the old saying goes "The First impression is the most Important impression". If the outside of the home is uncared for the interior of the home is percieved to be that same way regardless of what it actually looks like. Many home buyers will not even look at a home that does not look like it has been properly cared for from the outside.

Another thing that makes the proper care and maintenance of the lawn and landscaping so important is that in many cases the proper care and maintenance of the lawn along with investing into the landscape of the home can add as much as 10-15% to the value of the home. With values of homes going down like they have in these last few years it is time we start doing everything we can to start bringing them back up.

Horton's Lawn Care L.L.C. is an insured, residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping provider specializing in many services to assist you in the proper care, and maintenance of your lawn. You can have that beautiful, lush, green lawn you have always wanted with our lawn care services that include: aeration, detaching, lawn rolling, re-seeding, granular fertilization, lawn mowing, weed whipping, edging, hedge trimming, flower, shrub, and tree planting, spring clean ups, fall clean ups, landscaping, and snow removal. Very good point.  The first thing that a potential buyer sees shen you pull up to the home is the front yard. First impressions are themost important.

Jim- Many don't think about this but... Curb appeal is also the last impression as well so it can be a double whammy if it isn't appealing.
