In a tough market I have found that it is critical for my vacant properties to be fluffed and puffed and then final step staged and it has made all the difference it really give the buyers more of an emotional attachment to the property and a good idea of furniture placement.

I too have been curious about staging. I have wondered if it was worth having "staging material" to put into a vacant house. Thanks for the articles
