Don't know if I am way behind the curve on technology, but I have just discovered Google Street View. I have used Google Maps in the past that gives you the birds eye view of the property but Street View literally lets you walk down the street. It will give you a 360 degree street side view of any location that they have filmed.
Currently there are 40 cities that have the Street View capabilities and fortunately Atlanta is one of them. This is ideal way for you and your clients to preview properties and check out the surrounding area before going to see it in person. Many real estate sites are beginning to incorporate Street View into their sites as an added feature for Buyers, and Trulia is one of them. Go to http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl plug in your home address and check it out for yourselves. This is taking virtual home searching to the next level. Happy searching.
