Curb Appeal ...What is it that gets your home noticed first ,well if buyers are out looking the first thing they notice is the outside of the home and the lawn ,first of all keep the lawn mowed once a week fresh mulch and flowers are all good ideas .
While and or when you lived in the home the lawn may have been just something you mowed once a month ,this will keep your home on the market and if you get buyers low sometimes very low offers.
Some sellers will google' why my home did not sell '' other than the price.. curb appeal can be the thing that is keeping the home on the market .
Sellers will sometimes say Well they "the buyers" can change the landscaping to their own taste .
Well in this market they The Buyers do not want to do it most of them want to pay a lower price for something in top condition .
If the home and grounds outside look like a lot of work most will not go inside even if they schedule a showing with an agent .
They arrive in the drive and say no next please.
