An overnight sensation sounds a lot like being lucky, but we all know that luck is being prepared to recognize and take advantage of an opportunity.

Lou - You are so right about being an overnight sensation. Other Realtors ask me how I got so lucky to be on the top spots on Google. When I tell them what I do to 'earn' that, they say it is too much work. Well, isn't that why we work? To put our earnings in the bank!
Lou- And if it is a true overnight sensation like the "pet rock" thing then almost as fast as someone comes into favor, they can go out.
