I did a little on-line survey this morning and at the end of the survey it directed me to this website: http://www.surveymonkey.com/Default.aspx I took a look around the website and really liked it. This is a FREE tool that you can design your own customer service surveys for your clients, and get some feedback, You can upgrade your membership if you like, but I think the basic would do just fine if you sent to your buyers and sellers. You can customize one for each if you wanted. I started building mine, so far only have 2 questions. Let me know what you think?
I have used survey monkey and have only the best opinion of their free service.
You have to have great customer service taking that extra step, smile on the face, quick step, clients will pick up on it. Our clients at close state they see why we are realtors we love it.
I have found that constant contact has a survey feature too. It is a subscription service, but well worth the few dollars.
I think this is a great idea. This survey will help you with what with improving on your strengths and weaknesses. I am definitely going to do one myself. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great tool to us. We have used it when wishing to survey agents as well. There is no better way to find out how you are doing and what you need to improve on then by surveys. I would suggest including a printed version with your closing gift and following it up with an email version.
