Team building , 18,21,22 year old "0"experence Goal $100,000 commission 4 months (edit/delete)

The Goal is to take 3 FNG's ( Fortunate new guy's) and make them my team.......

23 year old License with Keller Williams for a year going now where quickly ...she the heart and mission control leader...home finder,buyer hook person , lead controller ,control writer

22 year old ,no license ,  keen , smart , willing , he s our Gopher till he gets his license ,does bpo's pictures,signs up and down , lock boxes , routine anything

18 year old will get his License Saturday (he got 97 % in class test he will pass ) earned $5000 last year as a hospital night watchman and his parents said Real Estate is a waste of time ,you will never make money (and i love this one) go get a real job!!!!!!!!!....he so wants to prove a point to the dream killers in his life (doesn't it sound like me 5 years ago)....hes our home shower and BPO contract writer

day one is a command meeting where we write up our goals...for the rest of the year our boy will pass his test and we will dominate

Hope all your goals are reacheable. Making your goal can be rewarding and hopefully givesyou a chance to reasses it and raise it. But not reaching it can be disappointing and take much of the energy out of you. Do hope whatever you make is realistic and reachable within your abilities.

Good for you.  Shoot high.....you may not get there, but you will be higher than those who laughed at you.  We started 5 years ago and are ranked #27 internationally with Keller Williams.   Our goal year one was to make the top 10 in Austin.  We made 7; year 2, we made 4.  The only KW group ahead of us is #1 in the country.

I have 5 agents that started this year, and they will all hit over $5mm and one could hit $10mm.  The lack of experience is meaningless.....especially with a group.
