I want to buy a new home but the news is just to bad!!

The news about housing these days is terrible. Every night we read and hear more about foreclosures and falling home prices. As a Realtor I would like to hear back from people who want to buy as to their opinion and feelings about the falling home prices and foreclosures. Please take a few moments and detail for me your biggest fear about buying a home in today's market and your biggest complaint about your current housing situation. In Charlotte NC it's a great time to buy a home. Some people may still be on the fence but it's a buyers market. We've started to see some movement which is a good thing.

We are back here in Palm Beach County Florida yes if you listen to the press about buying now is seems bleak however if you wait for the press to wake up and say it's time to buy you have missed the curve. As your markets pick up we see more ad more people considering a second home or resort home in our Sunshine State. Folks that wait will just pay a little more since demand in heating up and supply is decreasing. Buyers should not let the press set the bar on when to buy since headlines sell advertising and responsible journalism is a ting of the past. Good luck in IL and be sure the American Dream on home ownership is live and well despite what you read.
