I can not tell you the number of homes I have driven that have just not been prepared by simple eye sight to be placed on the market. These are not bank owned vacant homes these are homes owner have contracted with a Realtor to sell.
If you are working with someone who has not helped you put together a visual presentation of the home re look at your situation. If you want people to be curious and driven to take a look at that home you need bait people through curb appeal
1. Plant fresh flowers. 2. Keep the grass cut and edged. 3. Paint areas that need painting 4. Keep yard and drive clean from people dropping paper and garbage. 5. Drapes and clean front windows. 6. Dont leave out items that could eye sores.. because they are not being used or have no purpose to be in the front yard and not used (gas grill in the drive, newspapers collecting in the drive, riding toys sitting in the yard and so on).
IF you can not get to it yourself. Call friends or people in your circle and ask them to help you... treat them to some pizza or a little gift card.
