Hey Wait A Minute, There Are Homes Around Here!

Here I am sitting in my easy chair this morning in my jammies posting and reading and commenting like a good little RAIN doobie.  Sipping my coffee and relaxin' before the day starts.  Then I hear this weird sound outside, I'm thinking to myself, wonder what that sound is.  Sooooo, I listen for about 3 or 4 minutes and my curiosity got the best of me and I went to the front door to see what it was.  I will leave the rest for your eyes.

 Looks like you are a little low there!

 HMMM Houston We've GOT a Problem!

  Dude, the other way is up......

  Are you kiddin' me WATCH OUT BELOW

He did miss all of the houses and trees and I did get back into the house once I came to my senses and realized that I was standing on my front steps in my jammies.  Thank God nobody else was out except the dogs and they were trying to wake up the whole neighborhood.

So needless to say this sound came to mind too.

Good evening LaShawn,

I can assure you there was no beer or any other alcohol in my coffee and I had at least 6 hours sleep.  I kept hearing this strange sound outside and finally went out to see what it was.  Boy was I surprised!!

We normally see them but never this close to our subdivision and that sound at 7am had me concerned, especially when I didn't know what it was.

We have a small airport near our home and I never get tired of seeing the beautiful hot air balloons.  I've never been up in one, chicken that I am, but they are so pretty.  By the way, Don, since JJ, the puppy entered my life, I am out on the lawn every morning in my PJ's while he does his morning business!

Mornin' Ms. Susan, I think for my next birthday I am going to do this Hot Air Ballooning thing. So Mr. JJ has you out in the yard playin' in your pj's....I'm just lucky there wern't any neighbors out in their front yards when I was takin these pics. LOL

Yes, I was in my PJ's with him and out again with him at least another 6 times six 8:00 AM and he still just peed on the kitchen floor.  Darn dog is a slow learner like his mommy!

Susan it sounds as though he has you trained very well.  Have you tried a kennel?  I am not a big fan of them but I have been told they work when it comes to housebreaking them

I worked the Plano Balloon Festival last year for RE/MAX.  It was a lot of fun.  The wind can change suddenly and you are screwed!  I am hoping they let me help again this year.

Mel, I have always wanted to go up in a Hot Air Balloon but haven't gotten around to it. Oh well maybe next year for my birthday. Did they give you a ride last year for helping?
