Okay.... if you're like me, you are running home, trying to find something quick and healthy to fix for dinner.  Just got a great new recipe.

Deep dish pie crust

frozen veggies (I used vegg-all)

chopped up chicken (I used from roasted chicken at grocery store)

one can cream of potato soup

 

Mix together and put in pie crust and bake at 350 for about 30 min.   My son loves it.  You can also add other veggies or cheese.
