Hi brothers and sisters!

Is there anyone here on AR who, like me, is a member of International Luxury Society? I just want to find out how is it going for you? I've just joined not long ago and still have to learn a lot. The concept is amazing and has a lot of potential. Please let me know if anyone is a member so we can be in touch to be friends and for referrals.

Dear Alexander,

I've already received a proposal of business relationship from California agents and will get a co-listing in Lake Tahoe for 1.5mil. It's very promising concept and sounds very interesting. But since I never have done it yet, I am not sure how to put an out of area listing on MLS. Have to figure it out or ask someone. Do you know?
