There is also a small section (two streets: Jaguar Drive and Jaguar Way that are their own subdivision) called Wildcat Vista that is usually listed under Wildcat Ridge or Intrawest in the Denver MLS. The two streets are the streets on the east side of Quebec, closest to Highlands Ranch subdivision The Hearth.
Two of the 14 homes on the market are in Wildcat Vista. For clarity and the purposes of this report the subdivision collectively will be called Wildcat Ridge.
