Hi Everyone, Can you believe its August 17 already? Before any more time gets away, I wanted to share these three homes that I have found this week in the Branson area.
The first one is a home that has had flood damage, needs sheetrock and flooring~estimated cost of $64,000. The home is priced at $249K would be worth 425-450 depending on upgrades. It looks to have a room that may have been mother-inlaw quarters, very large kitchen, and master suite! It is in a very up-scale neighborhood along lake Taneycomo which experienced a hundred year flood like we have never had before. The house has been totally cleaned up and dried out ready for new construction.
