Miles of walking trails connect you with fascinating people and places. In Abacoa Town Center you'll discover shopping and dining with a Main Street charm and an eclectic blend of business and leisure. Roger Dean Stadium, the spring training home of major league baseball's St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins, and the year ‘round home of the minor league Jupiter Hammerheads, hosts major and minor league baseball activities, as well other events. Even the championship golf course is open for play—without membership fees. Two college campuses are evidence of the community's focus on learning, and the area's schools are among the top-rated in the county. Careful about growth, the area welcomes steady opportunities to enrich the lives of residents.

Greenwich offers you multiple choices in architecture and floor plans to suit your lifestyle. With quality craftsmanship and deluxe amenities throughout, each home has a distinctive charm. Choose between Anglo-Caribbean and Mediterranean three-story, two-bedroom townhomes with two-car garage and library, or our innovative three-story live/work homes with office space on the ground floor. Two-level condominiums offer two bedrooms on the top floor and an office below. For an urban experience, explore a spacious loft on the second or third floor of elegant Georgian-style mixed-use buildings. Choose your style and share the natural wonders of South Florida's most enchanting address.

NOT A FAN OF LOUD NOISE

UNLESS YOU LOVE EXTREMELY AND UNBEARABLY LOUD NOISE BEGINNING AT 7AM AND ENDING AT 6PM, I WOULD NOT MOVE INTO GREENWICH!!!  YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE WILL VIBRATE AND SHAKE FROM THE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING UNTIL AFTER DARK.  IT NEVER ENDS, AND I AM AS AFAR AWAY AS YOU CAN GET, AND IT IS UNBEARABLE.  BOOM BOOM BANG CLUNK THUD CLINK SMASH AND ENDLESS BEEP BEEP BEEP FROM HUGE CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY.  THIS CONSTRUCTION WILL GO ON FOREVER, AND THEN THERE ARE PLANS TO BUILD AN ENTIRE NEW AREA IN THE EMPTY LOT TO THE NORTH.   I HATE THE NOISE AND AM WOKEN BY IT FIRST THING EVERY DAY FOR OVER 6 MONTHS NOW!  AHHHHHHHHHHHH!  I WOULD NEVER HAVE MOVED HERE HAD I KNOWN WHAT I WAS IN FOR!!!  WAY TOO MUCH, AND WAY TOO LOUD AND WAY TOO EARLY!!!
