10 Comments on Track Hurricanes, LIVE CHAT! The best weather website I've seen and protect your home.
Thanks for the cool website . I will check it out.... still calm and quiet and gray here in Naples Florida. We are waiting....
Thanks for the info and Fox website. I have it open on my computer now and monitoring predicted paths. Looks llike now it may steer away from the Tampa Bay area.
Good luck to you in Florida! I believe in watching closely too, I've seen these storms sit in the gulf, gather strength and come get you or my personal favorite is when the category 1 storms spin off record numbers of tornados and catch the residents off guard.
Reporting from Central Florida, as a veteran of Charlie, Francis and Jeanne, this sis nothing to be majorly concerned over. Proper preparation, adequate supplies, and a good weather radio and batteries along with some fresh water...and all will be well.
The info above is good for Gustav info which is now a category 3. Poor Lousiana.
The gas hikes infuriate me!
Looks like Gustav will be a major issue for the Gulf Coast of the United States with New Orleans being a prime target. We are seeing gas prices increasing in South East Florida as a result of the strom.
Good luck and success

Here we go again. The websites above are excellent for tracking hurricane Ida. I surely hope this one isn't severe.
Great Post!!! http://media.myfoxtampabay.com/myfoxhurricane/ is by far the best website I have ever found to track hurricanes. I have been involved in almost every hurricane since Katrina/Rita and always monitor this website for the latest details. Great find!! Thanks for sharing!!
