David received a Parrot for his birthday.  The Parrot had a bad attitude and a worse vocabulary.  Every other word was an obscenity. Those that weren't expletives, were to say the least , rude.  David tried hard to change the birds attitude and was constantly saying polite words and playing soft music, anything he could think of. Nothing worked.  He yelled at the bird and the bird yelled back. He shocked the bird and he only got more angry and more rude.  Finally in a moment of desparation, David put the bird in the freezer...just for a few moments.  He heard the bird squawk kick and scream, and then suddenly-there was quiet.

David was frightened that he may have hurt the bird and quickly opened the freezer door.   The Parrot calmly stepped out of the freezer door and said,

"I believe  I may have offended you with my rude actions and language.  I'll endevor at once to correct my behavior.  I am really truely sorry and beg your forgiveness."  David was astonished at the birds change in attitude and was about to ask what had made the dramatic change when the Parrot spoke again,

"May I ask...What did the chicken do?"

We must also watch our attitude.  Whether it's with fmaily or freinds, or maybe a client.  Being the bossy one, or the attitude of what I say goes, may not work on everyone and you may find yourself without those people in your life.

As it its said...you can catch more flys with Honey!

Also, what are you doing to stimulate more business in this unusual real estate market environment?  Thanks in advance and keep up the good work with your informative posts.

I believe that attitude is everything and there are times when I have to have a friend keep mine in check or I could wind up like the chicken,

Right now I am talking to anyone and eveeryone I can get to respond to me.  No stone unturned.  Not doing much good right now, but the future looms neae1
