I've spoken to a few people that, when I explained the idea of paying it forward, had no idea what I meant.  I took it for granted that everybody has seen the movie or read the book.  Paying it forward simply means giving without expectation, but generally deriving a great reward anyway. 

   I spoke to a person who pays it forward, but probably didnt even know it.  I posted my first blog the other day, and got a bunch of responses.  One stood out, because it said "contact me if you want some help on how to use Active Rain".  I called Troy Trumm, and left a message (www.TrummTeam.com).     Troy called me back, and was very forthcoming with information without asking for anything in return.  In short, he paid it forward.  If you are looking for an agent in Omaha Nebraska, I hope you contact Troy. 

   I spoke to another agent, Mary Aguilar in Monterey, California.  Mary is helping the Easter Seals in the Monterey area.  I asked if she would help me speak with Easter Seals, and she was very responsive and helpful.  In short, Mary is all about paying it forward - the cool thing is she probably doesn't even think about it.  Similarly, I hope you contact Mary about real estate in Monterey.  I also hope you help Mary support Easter Seals.
