FHA vs Subprime - A Change in though process

I hope all is going well on your end.  Our industry has been experiencing many changes.  Some of our customers are having major delays due to tightened standards, and the recent closings of New Century, and Fremont.

The purpose of this email is to suggest a possible solutions.  The lucrative subprime borrowers can still be serviced.  This news article written in 2004 explains the advantages to your customers when you educate them on FHA loans as opposed to subprime.

After the resent increase in the number of foreclosures it only makes sense that lenders and mortgage brokers will return to FHA loans.  If you need more information on getting your FHA Eagle or Mini Eagle this sentence is linked to a pdf with the requirements.
If we work together I am sure we can conquer these market condition.  Help a friend and forward my email to anyone you think this will benefit.  Also if you have a deal where you haven't order title please send it my way, and remember we close in 41 states .

It looks like FHA is finally stepping up to the plate and making some changes to help borrowers out of these risky ARM loans.  FHA has been sitting to the sidelines for so long and gotten outdated.  It is good to see they are actually modernizing themselves a bit.
