A mere $45,000,000 will get you in.  Make no mistake though...this is one hell of a property.  One of a kind, and it wouldn't even be allowed to be built according to today's coastal commission restrictions.  So, what is $45m buying you?  The Italian Rennaisance style mansion sits on 1.7 acres and features 14,000 square feet of living space with 6 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater, gym and verandas from just about every possible window and door. There's a tennis court, pool, spa and a detached guesthouse.

The home was featured in Architectural Digest way back in August 2002.  Will it bring in it's estimated asking price?  Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised.  Normal rules don't really apply in the 'Bu.  Stay tuned...
