Are youAll Star Line Up hearing the buzz? Do you want to see the biggest, baddest bloggers in the country?

BlogWorld is a month a way and it is THE place to be for bloggers around country.  What is BlogWorld?   My friend Todd Carpenter described it as "the biggest baddest conference on blogging in the world".

Real estate and mortgage professionals have a fabulous opportunity to attend ReBlogWorld, which is basically a pre-conference to BlogWorld.  This day long event will feature seminars and panels with tips on leveraging social media techniques for the real estate industry.    With your ticket to ReBlogWorld, you get admission to BlogWorld and the New Media Expo.  This is a really fabulous  opportunity to step outside the real estate blogging "bubble" and see dozens of seminars on blogging, social media, search engine optimization, podcasting, video-casting, online journalism, small business strategies and more.

The ReBlogWorld track features a who's who of real estate blogging gurus.  I am honored to be a moderator for this event, which is truly an all-star line up-featuring:

The seminars will be moderated by Pat Kitano, Kevin Boer, Mariana Wagner, Matt Fagioli, Jason Berman, Jan O’Brien and your truly, Ginger Wilcox.

More info:

SIGN UP TODAY- You only have a few days before the price goes up.  When you register for REBlogWorld, you get all three days for one price.   Active Rain members get a 20% discount. Just enter ACVIP in the promotional box during registration, then click reply to see the new price before entering your payment information.

In case you need another reason to attend, don't forget it is all about the relationships, as any of you who have attended inman connect or other meet ups can attest.  It is amazing what you will learn in the conference center, but what you learn outside of it can be pretty darn powerful too.

Book your registration and your plane tickets.  I hope to see you there!

I have a funny feeling if there was something you did not know about blogging that would be changed after the seminar.

Paul- if you are in Vegas, you will kick yourself for not attending later.  It will be the best $350 you have ever spent, bar none.  I missed Inman Connect in San Francisco in 2007.  It was in my location and I missed.  I can tell you, I STILL regret it, even after attending Inman in 2008.   Just do it!

Diane- Tons of expertise.  It is phenomenal to have the blogger track but to have access to all of the latest blogging and social media in any industry is even more phenomenal.

Tom- Hi Tom!  I know I will come away from this with my heard reeling with all the new information, but I can't wait.

Jason- I am sure there will be lots of blog posts recapping, although just won't be the same.  Nice to see you too!

Missy- just do it.  Come on.  You know you want to.

Kathleen- I am glad it is motivating.  I am REALLY excited.  I wish blogworld was tomorrow because I know how much I will get out of it.

Louis,

We're still working out the details, but we plan on professionally filming Friday's sessions. However, these videos will only be available to those who register for the show. Since we're running two seperate tracks, we're hoping to give our attendees a chance to see all twelve seminars, one way or another.

Assuming we work out the logistics, the videos will not be for sale ala carte. In addition, while I'm sure lots of people will be blogging about the event afterwards, it will not be anything like being there.

Only about a half dozen real estate professionals attended the regular Blog World Event last year. Everyone of them, including me and my business partner, walked away in awe. That was without any real estate content at all. This is an amazing event, and videos, or blog posts aren't going capture it properly. 3000 bloggers from every walk of life. The ability to learn and meat RE.net professionals like Dustin Luther and Teresa Boardman, then spend the next two days meeting and learning from Chris Brogan, Liz Strauss and a hundred more top bloggers. Peaple like Darren Rowse. Elisa Camahort, and Robert Scoble will be sitting next to you in the audience. If you don't know who these people are, that just goes to show you how much of the unknown will be presented to you at this conference, and none of that will be catured on tape.

OK, I'm obviously biased, but you really need to be there.

Thanks for posting this Ginger!

It's called RE Blog World, but there's strong content for mortgage loan originators, too.

Like I've been telling my peers -- instead of spending $1,000 to get "recharged and energized" in Palm Desert this year, spend a lot less and get a lot more.  RE Blog World should be a game-changer for the loan officers that can make it.

Ginger you rock. Thanks for the great article and geting the word out there. Tech conferences are great way to pick up new ideas and techniques. You get them all in three jammed pack dayas and then you can go home and work on implementation.

REBlogWorld + BlogWorld for less than $300 is an unbelievable price and is absolutely going to deliver value well above the initial investment. I can't wait to see everyone!

All these seminars are a very costly way to find news that are available in one's finger tips. Also blogging is a good talk but is not bringing in a check.Hate to say that but any ne will do better if constrate in his/her market.

Louis- unfortunately, it sounds like you have to be there to experience the sessions.

Rebecca- I AM excited about it!

Todd- thank you for including me in this fabulous event. I am thrilled to be a part of the ReBlogWorld, and also thrilled to go learn all the latest at the main sessions!

Russ- I think it will be well worth the rearranging. Lane- I will let you deal with Matt =) Dan- Excellent point- great content for anyone affiliated with real estate industry, not just agents

Larry- Sorry face? excuse me? =)

Benjamin- hey Benjamin, it is only a couple of days, and worth every second of stepping away from the business, in my humble opinion.

Jean, Robyn & Christine- I am sure there will be blogs about the event all of the place.

Jason- thanks for stopping by. Under $300 is amazing for the amount of content. Just one day of the event is worth $300!

Roland- Thanks, I was surprised to see that!

John- YEAH!!! Can't wait to see you!

Michael- Make it a little of both, then you can write it off.

Mariana- Can't wait to meet you, FINALLY.

Nick- I have the same dilema. Thankfully, it sounds like attendees will get videos of it!

Mark- Thanks for stopping by.

Chris E,

I disagree completely, and am thinking that you might not have been to a seminar like this one. I recently went to Inman Connect and the relationships that I developed from attending that seminar are absolutely PRICELESS, on multiple levels.

I can't even begin to put into words how much I got out of that attending. I developed friendships that I will have the rest of my life, some fabulous business relationships, and have already received referrals which equals money in my pocket from Inman Connect.

I expect ReBlogWorld will be even better. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from the best of the best in the blogging industry- within real estate and also outide real industry.

Blogging is not just "good talk", it does bring in paychecks. I just closed a large transaction I would never have received if I wasn't blogging.

If you need to hear more stories, check out the Activee Rain Block Party group, an entire group filled with over one thousand posts with blogging success stories.

Blogging may not be right for everyone, but those who do it well are seeing big results.

ReBlog World is set to be an amazing experience and I can't wait!

Chris E,

Perhaps the reason why blogging isn't bringing home a check for you is that you're limiting yourself the "news that are available in one's finger tips".

None of the information in my personal session can be found online. Not written by me, or anyone else I've ever found. I've certainly shared a ton of infromation online, but my presentation is something that you will have to meet me in person to see.

As far as bringing home a check, I agree that blogging is not working for many RE Agents. That's why I was very careful to bring in speakers who were making it work, and getting them to share how they are making it work. I think an excellent example is Mariana Wagner, who already knows that 2008 is her best year ever. She markets predominately through her blog. Jim Duncan, Kelley Koehler, Dan Green, Teresa Boardman, etc... are all "bringing home a check", thanks to blogging. I've met with virtually every speaker in person, and know the value of what they have to share.
