What are the worst things that can be said at a Real Estate closing?  I ask that question because I was at a New Jersey Real Estate closing the other day and could not believe what was being said.  I and my sellers attorney almost fell out of our chairs listening to what the home buyers REALTOR was saying to them. 

This was so bad that I just had to blog about it, then I thought this could be a learning experience, lets get a list going of the worst, or most ill times, or just plain stupid things that Real Estate agents / REALTORS have said to their clients, or your clients for that matter.
